APPEARANCE:

A long-furred black tom with overshadowed eyes

Ravenpaw is a relatively small cat, with long, thick black fur filled with tangles and knots. His fur droops over his eyes, concealing their light-brown color and the fluffier parts often making the tom appear larger than he is. He has long, semi-floppy pointed ears. Ravenpaw's jaw is also relatively square which gives him a semi-heroic look as well. His body shape is thin and soft, lacking the muscles of a grown warrior. He has wide, strong paws suitable for his Clan's marshy territory and long legs. His tail is scraggly and curls at the end, mostly as an unconscious habit. His nose is black, and his whiskers are thin and a dark gray color. He also has an odd, brown speckle on the back of his left shoulder that can only be seen close up. He doesn't have any special injuries, but Ravenpaw sometimes can be seen with a few scratches that come and go on his face.

PERSONALITY:

"i like to play the part of hero; i wonder how they have not noticed?"

While from a distance, Ravenpaw seems to have personalities, he only has one; completely honest with himself. He's not going to lie to please someone, and will stand up for his beliefs without hesitation. He plans ahead often, although he's calm the tom has a tendency to be a little wild. He likes to do the things that other young cats do, only, he knows how not to get caught by first observing those around him.

He always seems to notice things other cats miss. Usually, Ravenpaw isn't skilled or observant, but if anything is overlooked at all he'll usually be the one to notice what's out of place. He likes to work in pattern, getting up at the same time every morning and following a schedule, although he doesn't have a lot of choice he tries to be as consistent as possible.

FEARS:

While Ravenpaw has no specific phobias he hates the cats that try to boss him around. He comes off as fearless due to his... 'condition' but as Ravenpaw grows he'll develop a mad side of him, violent when dealing with those that have discovered his true nature, but for the moment he remains a simple, slightly odd and not so social kit.

ASPIRATIONS:

Ravenpaw has a secret desire to get him name out and known, even if only five minutes of fame he wants to be noticed and recognized.

HISTORY:

Ravenkit was the only kit of his litter, to no surprise. He was, for the most part, an exclusive kit; keeping to himself and rarely playing with the others. The medicine cat did notice something a bit off about him though, for Ravenkit, while not social seemed to be smooth around the other cats, almost with a more experience that he truly had. The young tom got along well with even his older den mates, and never had a case of being picked on.

On one ever guessed it was insanity.
Ravenkit himself didn't ever know it himself, but the young kit who kept to the back of the den, and the one who could sneak out without getting caught, was "insane". He doesn't even notice that he's done something a million times if he hasn't gotten the result he wants. When focused, as he often was, Ravenkit would zone out and work so hard at something he could injure himself direly and not notice. This happened on a few occasions, where the young kit forgot to eat.

Of course, once solved, his kithood contained nothing special other than his parents who took gentle, affectionate care of the tom, despite his lack of attachment to them. When it was time to receive his ceremony at his sixth moon, Ravenpaw became apprenticed.

I'm looking foreword to playing an insane character. Surprisingly, I haven't actually done a warrior who was... so, Raven's my trial-cat. x3
