NAME: Blueflower
ALIASES: None, other than the obvious "Blue" at times.
SEX: Female | she-cat
ORIENTATION: Straight
AGE: 36 Moons
CLAN: ShadowClan
POSITION: Warrior
APPEARANCE:
Blueflower is a small she-cat. That really is the first thing one thinks when they see her; her build is slim and almost fragile-looking. Her head is round, and she has a broad muzzle with a dark gray nose. The shape of her face and how her ears are on the small side add to her kit-like appearance. Not to mention how her eyes are huge and almond-shaped, a dark blue blessing the irises. It makes her look almost innocent, which doesn't help her reputation and how cats tend to judge her by sight alone. Getting away from the face, overall, her pelt is a dark gray which can flitter from looking black to blue depended on the lighting. Her muzzle to her ears is a pale color, not as vibrant as her neck fur and her shoulders. The she-cat's pelt is particularly short and downy, only getting slightly disheveled around her scruff and tail. Her shoulders are thin and give way to a very frail chest. Her neck is a bit long, but not awkwardly so. Body practically refusing to look adult in any way, her torso denies to be long or mature-looking. It's actually a little plump and almost stunted in appearance. Fate did grace her though with the hint of a curve where her stomach leads up to her legs. Blueflower's spine is thin, and her appendages seem to barely branch from the vertebrae. Not that she is short, exactly. Or, well, maybe she is. She isn't as terribly small as to be considered defected. Although, to be honest, she is often mistaken as an apprentice. Not a blemish distorts her looks, and her normal and casual stature/stance gives off a very youthful appeal (it adds to her "weak" and childish look). The ShadowClan warrior is nothing like what one would expect of someone of her heritage (the strong and burly type), but it's how she is.
PERSONALITY:
Blueflower is a very free-spirited kind of she-cat. She is a relatively friendly kind of being, and she always totes around a kind of 'don't-burst-my-bubble' attitude that's charming and slightly obnoxious at the same time. Although she isn't tiring in the least, she can be a bit exasperating; her endless optimism and go-lucky attitude being the death of patience for some cats. Her aim is to make others around her happy like herself. When her friends or clan mates are in a bad mood, she'll be particularly disturbed and will do many things to perk them up. This aspect of her personality can be a bit troublesome. After all, who doesn't get perturbed when an effervescent she-cat won't leave your side? Her bubbly speech and fluffy mind-set can be killer for the intolerant and pessimistic. Blueflower just loves a good atmosphere, and she likes a sunny day to reflect her disposition. Her views, politically and socially, are loose and very free-form. The warrior doesn't have much of an opinion on anything. It's hard to aggravate her visibly.
Blueflower's loyalty is questionable, sadly. Her number one value is to be one's self and to definitely "know thyself". To her, following intuition and desire over duties and obligations is much more important. If a cat is a stoic character and doesn't enjoy themselves, she will not favor them. Although, frankly, the warrior doesn't really dislike anyone. She makes it a point to find good qualities in everyone and to be patient with them no matter what. But she has her flaws with that, of course. The she-cat does get angered easily, surprisingly. When she gets upset, though, to her chagrin, she only looks a little miffed, (and arguably adorably so. (But hey, it doesn't help that she looks like a kit all the time)). She can't look full-out enraged like most due to inability to look intimidating. Blueflower has learned to control herself; although she will get annoyed easily, she has taught herself not to show it period and look oblivious. It kind of contradicts her morals of being true to yourself, but she's truthfully unknowing of it.
FEARS:
Blueflower can be self-conscious sometimes (normally about her size), especially when around cats she doesn't know at all. She seeks company that she has known for a long time, finding solace in old friends and family more than anyone else. Also, the she-cat has a fear of being alone, or being separated. Her being is just so hooked on being around others that the thought of solitude scares her to the bone.
ASPIRATIONS:
Unlike most warriors, she has no such goals to be the 'best warrior one can be'. To her, it's a terribly cliche and predictable aspiration when in her opinion a cat can reach for so much more. Blueflower hopes to have a family, although she likes her life of singleness. It's more or less the reluctance to be tied to someone; she could imagine herself just being in a relationship just for the kits. Aside from family life, the she-cat hopes she can just live out her life to the extent of her being able to be content from day to day. While she may have a whimsical desire every now and then, her life is pretty much ruled by what little, achievable things make her happy.

HISTORY:
Blueflower had a very... interesting kithood. It really wasn't her favorite period in time, for she didn't particularly like how she was treated by the queens, other kits, and apprentices. She remembers vaguely that the birth of she and her brother was a big and welcomed event in ShadowClan. A lot of warriors and curious apprentices would venture into the den just to look at the new kits. Blueflower recalled that the medicine cat visited them frequently. Her mother and father were worried over their sizes, apparently. She and her brother were runt-like in size, and almost everyone was concerned for their survival. Luckily, they had been born in Newleaf, but it didn't quell most worries. By the time the two siblings were five moons old, they still hadn't grown all that much. It was a problem, but it was never really stressed so as (most likely) Blueflower and Darkstorm wouldn't get upset or feel bad about themselves. No one mocked them or pointed out their size, but it was evident when their apprenticeship ceremonies were delayed by over ten moons.
When she was made an apprentice she was graced with a mentor that easily accepted her personality. As a kit in the nursery, Blueflower had always talked the she-cats' heads off. But now, having been strategically given a mentor with just as much charisma, the gray she-cat was allowed to bloom. Graydapple promoted her out-going personality, and set forth her own virtues for the apprentice to take up and mold. This included open-mindedness, lack of close-minded Warrior code-thumping, philosophy, and social skills. One could say that they spent more time on speaking skills and morals than hunting and fighting. Graydapple did train her in those fields though, and the brown and gray female managed to successfully make Blueflower a very well-rounded cat. Although, of course, the whole way they had to fight against obstacles: her size, her phobias, her complexes, and incessant talking. (Yes, her chattering was encouraged, but sometimes she spoke a little too much.) After around fifteen moons, she was made a warrior.
As a warrior, she prooved to be one of the more unique cats in the Clan. Now that she had a firm voice in ShadowClan's political agenda and also in the cats' day-to-day troubles, she spoke her mind readily. Although her opinions weren't very appreciated for their free-form ideals, some respected her views and made friends out of her. One could say she became pretty popular, but of course she had her fair share of enemies and disputers. It never really bothered her; speaking out and talking with others was just where she seemed to belong. Throughout all of this, she had discreetly stopped conversing and associating with her mother and father. She really didn't have time to bother over her family relations, for she was too involved in other things to really care about cats who didn't really step forward themselves like she did. Every once in a blue moon, though, her mother, Thornstripe, would walk up and talk to her, or join a subdued debate or story-telling. Their personalities were so identical that these moments just clicked. Bluethrush and Darkstorm, who happened to be more serious and ambitious, could not do the same nor tried to.
Over time, Bluethrush and Thornstripe died, and it was very sorrowful in the camp. As an apprentice, Blueflower had quickly learned that the two were great war heroes and veterans. (This explained why everyone had flocked to see their offspring.) Seeing them pass away was awful, and even the young warrior had to take a long amount of time to mourn. With social positions open in the Clan after their deaths, Darkstorm became politically active and quickly ascended on his way to gain high status in the Clan. Blueflower did not lunge for any of the positions, for she was not ambitious in any way, shape, or form. In fact, she was almost perturbed and taken-aback that her brother was so viciously trying to claim ground in something that she thought so trivial and unsatisfying. To her brother's chagrin most of the time, she made it a job to always question him when he spoke out and make him look like a fool (or just to make his argument harder to solidify). This behavior cut a rift between them, but yet at the time secured a very strange and unusual bond between them. Some like to call it sibling rivalry, but to Blueflower it's simple teasing and differing of opinions.
She presently spends her time being a ShadowClan warrior, although she really just does her own thing. Whether that be talking with others (like Graydapple), or just meandering about, she is fairly content and living life day to day.
