Birdsong There wasn't much to do late at night, other than sleep. Birdsong hated this fact. The cream she-cat laid sprawled in her nest, fluffy moss containing her body heat on the winter night. She pictured what fun she would have if a dancing squirrel made it's way into camp, and moments later with a deep sigh she was out like the moon at noon.
Color. Vivid pastel color? Birdsong gasped loudly, pushing herself into a seated position as whispy purple strands floating above her head, hissing like the snakes on Thunderclan territory. "W-Whaaa...?" she gaped, watching as a bright blue squirrel climbed a tree above her head. Windclan didn't have tress. " Am I in Thunderclan?~" she beamed brightly, leaping through the grasses in attempts to chase the bushy tailed creature. Suddenly a yelped escaped her as she was pulled backwards, something caught like usual on her fluffy tail. " ..." Birdsong's tail was never this long and/or this fluffy. It was more than a tail length long, and in girth... more like five. The Windclan warrior gazed behind her longingly, her eyes obtaining a starry shine. " Ahhhhh~ THIS MUST BE STARRRRCLLAANNNN~" { Rather bad post. Sorry. ;-; }

Blueflower Having spent a good day doing her normal warrior duties, playing with the kits because she just so happened to be there when the queens needed a babysitter, and interrogating her brother openly and privately to make his life even harder, Blueflower prodded at her nest in the warriors' den, more than ready to go to sleep for the night. Yes, life was good. The she-cat was one of the firsts to retreat to the sleeping quarters, but that didn't bother her terribly. It would only be a matter of time before the others began seeping into the den and cuddling up with each other. The thought made her feel warm; her ears perked at the sounds of life shuffling and talking outside, which made things even more surreal in her momentary hideaway in the shadows. Laying on her side, she drifted off. Blue eyes closing, she had a blank mind as she lost grip on reality and shifted into her dreams.
Blueflower opened her eyes to a very... colorful world. She lifted her childish head up sharply, ears flicking every which way. The ShadowClan cat knew immediately that she was in a wonderland, and that she should enjoy it. The tall and lively trees and dancing wildlife only furthered her beliefs. Rising to her paws, she looked around excitedly. Taking a few paw steps forward, she chirped in surprise when suddenly she didn't feel grass beneath her anymore. Glancing downward, she was surprised to see air separating her from the ground. She was... flying? No, floating, she corrected herself, hovering in place with tail curling and swishing. It was then that she was somehow propelled forward like a feather on a breeze. She laughed enthusiastically at this improvement.
"So cool~!" she chimed appreciatively. This was becoming one of the better dreams she had ever had; enjoying herself thoroughly, she pushed herself forward to gain speed and maybe a bit of altitude. It was then that her tail suddenly starting whirring. Looking behind her, she saw it start spinning in a clock-wise motion at top speeds. It's like those monsters that fly in the sky! she thought. And it was. She was a kitty airplane with a propeller. Whirring around with the most stupidest and blissful expression on her face, Blueflower went up down, left to right, and all over. During her flight she was met with wispy cloud-like creatures, their purple backs generating a hissing noise as they passed. It reminded her strangely of snakes, so she whizzed a bit away from them. In doing so, she spotted a very fluffy plume up ahead. It took up a lot of space, and it made the she-cat chuckle at the comical sight of it.
Flying forward, her 'engine' apparently gave out as she slowly descended to the ground. Strangely, she landed gracefully before the origin of the fluffy tail. It was a cat! Birdsong, to be more specific. (Blueflower, being the socialite that she was, knew everybody.) "Hey, whatcha doing here?" she asked curiously, wondering how they managed to find each other in such an odd place. "You know me, right? I'm Blueflower!" she meowed, for even though she knew her, she wasn't positive that the WindClan cat knew her as well.

Birdsong She was honestly getting distracted beyond all worldly means now. Her wits had set her straight - 'Well I'm not in Thunderclan, atleast...' Here and there a plethora of random things caught her eye, distracting her from the flood of questions she had brewing - a random floating orb, another pastel squirrel, a dash of something purple that quizzed her to no end. The gentle hum from somewhere behind her posterior was none of her worries, and she didn't even notice when the 'engine' died out. Birdsong did notice the familiar voice behind her chimed, and screamed out in a mixture of surprise and delight.
"Ah!" she yelped once more when she turned around, shocked to see the friendly face. It was familiar, but it didn't click until the Shadowclan she-cat stated her name. "Ooooh! Yes! You are from Shadowclan - I've seen you at gatherings before! I'm Birdsong! Of Windclan, if ya know, forgot or somethin'!" Birdsong bobbed her head, steroid-educed tail somehow managing to move around her paws, the fluff coming up to frame her muddy face. This was just awesome now. Someone who could (somewhat) follow her same mental process, and goof around with her!
"This isn't Thunderclan, right? Cause if it is, I might just have to visit there more often, great Starclan, there's Squirrels here, too!"(More fail! DX) Say (All I Need) - OneRepublic

Blueflower Blueflower laughed at her surprise and was genuinely pleased by the happiness that she saw in the WindClan cat's expression. This meant that she was welcomed, and also that the warrior was in good spirits. Well, after all, how could one not be in bliss here? It was a wonderland! The blue-gray she-cat's blue eyes brightened and widened considerably as she was further excited by Birdsong's remembrance of her. She nodded her head as another wispy cloud-snake slithered by in mid-air. She paid no mind to it, too interested in her acquaintance to care.
"Oh, but of course!" she meowed in reply, tail curling. "I'm not one to forget a face!" The response was reassuring, and Blueflower found herself becoming even more in tune with the other cat. She always knew that their personalities were similar, even though she was slightly more serious than the other. To see the tabby she-cat so enthused was uplifting to see, and it was a nice change from the droll faces she normally saw in ShadowClan. Blue eyes watched Birdsong's large, fluffy tail curl around her and frame her face; Blueflower couldn't help but chuckle and bounce a bit where she stood.
"Eh~?" she blinked several times while processing what she said. Provoked to look around at her surroundings, her eyes caught sight of the aforementioned squirrels, and trees that indeed did look like ThunderClan territory. Turning back to Birdsong, she meowed, "Hm, I don't think we are. Although of course I've never been there... I think this is a new place entire!" It ended with a declaration, and her head popped up in excitement.

Birdsong Birdsong couldn't help but giggle too, influenced just by the sound, even though she wasn't exactly why the Shadowclan warrior was so amused. The Windclan warrior's ear twitched once, then twice more in rapid succession as Blueflower informed her of the possibility of where they were.
"... A new place?" she cooed softly, not even the slightest startled when it echoed around them. (This echoing effect often happened in her head for some reason... nothing new.) " Does this mean we get to name it, Blueflower?!" The creamy warrior was on her feet in a instant, rocking side to side hypnotically, completely taken with the silvery blue warrior's words. The thought made her heart speed up and suddenly she began to bounce in a little circle, taking in everything around her. " We should name it after what's inside it! Ya know, Squirrelclan! ... Clouds-with-the-same-colorish-kindaish-pelt-as-youclan! Ya know? Annddd ahhhhh," Birdsong paused, gasping for air to fuel another run on sentence, " And it would be soooo unfair if one of us got to lead this new clan or sumthin' so we should be TWO LEADERS. There's nothing in the warrior code against it right, Bluestar?!" She was off in lala land now, hiccuping in delight every time a new idea came over her.

Blueflower Laughing at all of Birdsong's outlandish and nonsensical suggestions, Blueflower found herself in good spirits and willing to really try anything. After all, it didn't really matter since this place most certainly wasn't the Clans. Tilting her head to the side, her blue eyes sparkled and she mulled over being called 'Bluestar'. It wasn't like the she-cat liked the sound of it exactly (it had never really even crossed her mind, actually), but it was intriguing. Deciding to humor the WindClan warrior and have a bit of fun imagining herself, she meowed, "Why not? The Clan should definitely be called SquirrelClan, in my opinion. ... Birdstar." As fun as her latter suggestion would be, Blueflower, no star, apparently, wouldn't be able to remember such a long name. (And did it have to include her in it?) Shaking the thought away, she mimicked the other in her little hopping and dancing, her tail swishing from side to side. She had really never felt so care-free before, even though her companion's enthusiasm was beginning to be a little too foreign. Not that she didn't like it! While she was no where near as 'crazy' as her, she could come close. Ah, StarClan, how amazing this was going to be; a Clan run by two loons.
Chirping to some unknown beat, Bluestar looked up at a random, blue squiggly thing as it slithered in mid-air above her. That's it! I'm calling them squigglies, she thought, feeling more akin to them now that she had named their kind. She was about to inform Birdstar of her new decision, but was distracted. Her tail started to whir again; it swiveled sharply in a circle which caused for her body to tilt upwards and gain a mouselength or two of altitude. Recalling from before how to guide herself in the air, she flew low around her friend, blue eyes wide and a blissful look on her face. "Hey!" she called, "You should try this!" It wasn't that hard after all, just lash your tail about until it gets momentum! A fluffy, red squirrel flew past her then. It had a nut of some sort in its little hands, and it seemed generally accustomed to being in the air, for it just casually 'sat' there and let the wind carry it. Fascinated, the blue eyes of Bluestar followed the creature until it got... eaten... by a squiggly.
"How lovely..." she said with a great, big, touch of sarcasm. Turning back to Birdstar, she whirred along closer to her.

Birdsong Blueflower was successfully making Birdsong hold true to the aspect of her name, releasing small hiccuped chirps between rumbling laughter. She wasn't exactly sure why the she-cat was surpressing giggles at her suggestions, but what ever, she was used to it. The scream she-cat was almost positive her lungs were to burst from lack of air and pure un-altered bliss when Blue star admitted to not minding Squirrelclan. Her eyes had been shut to hide back, fluffy (but not as quite as her tail) tears from too much gasping for air, leaving her oblivious when her Leader-in-crime decended back into the sky. Birdsong snapped them back open when she told her to try 'this', poised to say sorry when she actually realized that yes, Bluestar was flying and was inviting her to do so, too. " Sure!" the Windclan warrior (leader?) all but yowled, hoping a bit as she began to run in a sloppish pace, more or less successfully looking like the spazz she was. Everytime she managed to get all fours off of the ground, she was devistated even more when they touched back down. Her lavish appendage of fluff ticked wildly behind her, but it's fiberous threads seemed to have no tractor on the air. Birdsong frowned deeply at this, completely missing whatever Bluestar had been commenting on in the moments after the suggestion. " Bluestar, I think I'm stuck."

Blueflower Bluestar watched her friend run around a bit as if her legs couldn't be controlled anymore. The she-cat tried to suppress her laughter at the sight, but it was hard. Hovering in mid air, her tail continued to whir in a sharp circle, the actual appendage not visible from the blue blur that replaced it. Blue eyes lit up with even further amusement when Birdsong apparently could not pick up on how to lift off. Chirping once or twice (it was rubbing off, really), she did a loop around the WindClan cat to float a mouselength above the grass. The blades whipped about beneath her as if the amount of air being disturbed around her was in such a great quantity. She doubted it, for her mass was not that great. But hey, anything was possible where she was. Nodding sympathetically when Birdstar asked for help, she pondered briefly over how to word what she needed to instruct. She needed to be descriptive and not babble about things, yet at the same time not make it sound too hard; easier said than done. Bluestar wasn't one to dwell on it, though.
"You gotta just spin your tail real fast!" she meowed happily, her eyes brimming with reassurance. Deciding to show her along with tell her, Bluestar alighted gracefully beside the cream warrior, her tail now free to curl with humor. Turning her chin to nod at the air, she began to demonstrate. "You don't really even have to jump at first. Like I said, spin your tail really fast and focus! You'll feel wind beneath you, and then you push up!" Her voice was really candid and portrayed her optimistic attitude. It was like a chime to her ears, and she liked that. Bouncing up into the air to perform what she just said, her tail began circling immediately. Although, something gripped her. It was very quick and unexpected; she let out a startled mrrow as her body morphed. Before she could really assess the situation, her tail had bushed out considerably and was a bit longer and stiffer than before. Bluestar could feel her muzzle extending and her ears widening. When the metamorphism was complete, she analyzed herself as best as she could. The ShadowClan warrior had kept her blue color, but her legs were black, and her chest, tail tip, and belly were white. Finding it quite odd, her bushy tail continued to whir rhythmically as she turned to face Birdstar.
"Er, what happened?" she asked, eyes concerned and genuinely curious. A squiggly slithered by overhead, its colorful form clashing terribly with its surroundings. Bluestar payed no attention to it, though, no longer worried by the strange creatures.

BIRDSONG With a soft huff, the Squirrelclan co-leader kept at it, nodding as she took Bluestar's words to heart. " Okay, okay, really fast. Wind. Got cha." Birdstar held her breath for a moment as she snapped her eyes shut, trying to envision the scene as it was described to her with little clarity. She began to hum a soft tune as the fibers in her tail began to wisshhh this way and that, exciting her heart that maybe his was the wind Bluestar was pawing at. Despite best efforts though, behind her her tail flapped madly but it's over-exuberant mass was just too much to create the proper lift, and it came to the ground with a whirling fop. Swinging her head around in defeat, Birdstar caught the first pop of her companion's transformation and gasped loudly. The sight was like a whimsy of a fairy tail, and she plopped onto the grass with her jaw wide open. " You can change shape like a cloud, too?"
